One of the ways I do this is through the ritual of letting go what doesn’t serve me anymore by burning or shredding the slips of paper I fill with what I want to let go. During Spring Equinox in March, I plant my seed of intention by planting a new shrubs or flowers to adorn my garden. Likewise, fall and particularly winter, are times that may allow us more opportunity to turn inward and connect with the depth of our spirit and intuition.
