I’d been googling info about September’s full moon and this showed up. What a happy coincidence. To celebrate autumn and the fall equinox, I used to end a retreat each year at a wonderful leadership, personal development and spiritual growth center in Missouri. We would release what wasn’t serving us in our lives and invite the coming time of reflection and contemplation to help us reconnect with our inner selves and what we truly wanted in our lives. Then at spring equinox, we would symbolically plant our seeds of intention. Being in community with others, made if feel very inspiring and magical. I love the idea of inviting friends over or spending time with your partner or family to experience this together.
